In just four weeks, you'll confidently make healthier, more intentional choices to create a home that truly supports your wellbeing.
If your home looks fine but doesn't quite feel like you, or you suspect something in it is quietly draining you, you're not alone. Most homes are never designed with wellbeing in mind.
You don't need a renovation, a big budget or a design eye. You need to hear what your home is telling you, understand what really matters, and have a simple plan you can trust.
Is this for you?

Your guide
I'm a biophilic interior designer in Brighton and Hove. After years in finance, becoming a mother led me to wonder how our homes affect our health: the materials, the products, the air we breathe. I made my own family home healthier first, and that journey led me to biophilic design, where beauty, nature, wellbeing and sustainability meet.
The Healthy Home Reset is the gentle starting point of my HAVEN Method™. It is the first place I take women who want a home that truly supports them.
None at all. The programme is gentle and practical, and it starts with how your home feels rather than how it looks.
No. The focus is on simple, high impact changes you can make at your own pace, in a way that suits your budget and your home.
Please join us live if you can, as the hot seat coaching is a big part of the value. Ask about recordings when you join the waitlist.
No. Renters are very welcome, and the plan focuses on changes you are free to make.
You'll have a plan and habits to keep going. If you'd like more support, the full HAVEN Method™ is the natural next step.
